Call for paper
Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore (if within IEEE Scope). Selected papers presented at the conference will be invited to submit extended versions of their manuscripts for consideration in international academic journals. Maximum paper length for the proceedings is 5 pages. To help ensure correct formatting, please use the Standard IEEE conference templates. The conference organizing committee welcomes proposals for special sessions and tutorials to be held during the conference.
